Sanda
Teenager
The Teenager Sanda class introduces students to the fundamentals of Chinese kickboxing, focusing on striking, takedowns, and footwork. The class is divided into different levels, with the intermediate level focusing on more advanced techniques and strategy. Participants will develop skills in timing, distance control, and defensive maneuvers.
Sanda is an excellent way for teens to build physical fitness, learn self-defense, and develop self-confidence. It is a fast-paced and highly dynamic class that keeps students engaged while teaching the values of discipline and respect.
